Ordering Process

Although we do have what we call a “standard range”, all our items are essentially custom-made to meet your unique requirements.
Using pictures and hand-sketches, we work towards matching our expertise with your vision. Once we have agreed on the final designs and you have placed an order, we generate an invoice on which a 50% deposit is due before we can start production. Balance of payment, as well as any additional costs, such as transport or cushions, is due prior to collection or delivery.
We have at least a six- to eight-week lead time from receipt of deposit until the furniture is complete. During this time we are very happy to send photographs of your furniture in the process of being made.
